| 内容記述 | The intensive simultaneous interpretation courses held in the summer at the university have two unique characteristics. One is that the program is open not only to our students but also to students from other colleges as well as adults. The other is that the courses are conducted by teachers of this institute and professional simultaneous interpreters. In this paper, Mr. Teruaki Miyata's lectures are introduced. His lessons are a mastery of the wealth of experiences gained during the rigorous work of simultaneous interpretation. His focus on points that interpreters should be aware of and combine in practicing for a total-performance will be touched upon as well as the most important method for dealing with the subject of each sentence in a speech without the manuscript. | |||||
