In light of the survey results, this article mainly analyzes the problems that concern the presence of these bases and the economy. We based our analyses on Hayashi's Type 3 Qualification Theory and extracted the \"military-economy oriented and anti-base\" factor. From our surveys, we were also able to extract the \"clear and ambiguous\" factor from the respondents' decision-making process. In terms of the \"military-economy oriented and anti-base\" factor, a certain shift in attitudes was observed: Women in their 20s and 30s were found to be \"military-economy oriented,\" but women in their 40s and older tended to be \"anti-base.\" Similarly, men in their 20s to 50s were found to be \"military-economy oriented\" while men in their 60s and older were found to be \"antibase oriented.\" As we look at the changes from 1972, we noticed that the opinions and attitudes among people about the base and the economic issues become less and less clear.
